Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at admin@gnarlyninjaprintables.com.au to request a return authorisation.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  • Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

  • Ship the item to the address provided with the return authorisation.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at admin@gnarlyninjaprintables.com.au to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@gnarlyninjaprintables.com.au with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalised or custom-made items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
