These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gnarly Ninja Printables ("the Store"), operated by Gnarly Ninja Printables ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. The Store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3.1. By placing an order through the Store, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 3.4. Payment for all orders is processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. The Company does not store credit card details and takes reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4.2. The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, and postal strikes.

5.1. Our Return & Refund Policy is available on the Store and is hereby incorporated by reference.

6.1. All content included on the Store, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
