Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 3–6 business days

New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Tracking details usually activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (NZ Orders Only)
Any customs or import duties for New Zealand orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us and the carrier straight away. Keep all packaging to help us resolve it.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We’ll help investigate with the carrier, but we can’t take responsibility for confirmed deliveries.
